Want storage space in a barn or large building

I am looking for storage space in countryside....like north of Brampton, Georgetown, Acton...
I need store simple sports items and some hardware boxes...
Need to be secure ..i mean not exposed to elements and thief's
Relative dry area is preferred but no need of temperature control as long is under a roof
i want a long term deal
For start a regular garage size is fine. Could bring my own rack to store items on
Most items are in boxes, totes
